• Love: Love is our foundation, it is our expression, and everything that we do is the overflow. Underneath it all, our mandate is to love God, experience Him, and love each other.
  • Prayer: In everything we do, prayer must be our first step and the first thing we do.
  • Holy Spirit Driven:  The Spirit of God is for all Christians.  And He is there like a fire, not to be quenched, but to be fanned to full flame. We are led and consumed by His power.
  • Igniting Dreams: We want to be a conduit for people to realize their God-given dreams and see them come into existence.
  • Being Missional: Our goal is to serve those around us, both locally and internationally and will do so by sending people out with this mandate.
  • Team Based: Our dream is much bigger than one person or one ministry. It can’t be about one person, but instead is a team approach as we all carry this call.
  • Cultivating Honour: We honour those before us who have sown into the ground that we are walking on, and believe that we are here in this place because of the prayers and efforts of generations past.
  • Servanthood: Just as Jesus was a servant, we too want to model this in how we live and work. Our heart is to serve each other and the people around us, and this comes before talent, calling, or ambitions.
  • Faith Based: We believe in possibility in the midst of the impossible. In moments when faith is stretched, God is able to shine the brightest.
